2. Package: Kitchen and bathroom vanity will be pre-assembled pack, and the rest will be flat pack.

3. Payment Term: 100% Advance. 

4. Delivery time: 120 days after receiving the advance.

5. Storage: The buyer must pick up all the goods within 20 days after production finished. After that, if store for 21-60 days, buyers need to pay storage cost $5/set/day. If store over 60 days, the goods are automatically regarded as given up by buyer, the seller has rights to dispose the goods without any notification to the buyer, the 50% deposit won't be refunded.
